Victory Montessori
Victory Montessori is a non-denominational Christian Montessori with an academic focus. Located at Victory Church, we serve the community by caring for and teaching children 6 weeks through 6 years old. We offer a year-round traditional program for infants and toddlers and a Montessori program for children ages 3 (and potty trained) through Kindergarten. We are licensed through the State of Colorado and have been in business for over 30 years!
WE ARE HIRING!
Our infants staff provides a nurturing environment to meet the emotional, physical and spiritual development of the children. When the child is one year old and walking, eating table food and showing signs of toddler behavior they will be transitioned to the toddler room. Infants are on an “on demand” schedule concerning eating and sleeping needs. All food, bottles and formula are provided by the parents.
INFANTS
We offer full-time care in three toddler rooms which are separated by age groups. The toddler curriculum consists of age appropriate child development activities in the areas of sensory, fine motor and gross motor. Because the children are approaching a stage of autonomy, many activities are planned to enhance individuality and independence. Much care, consideration and concern is given to the children during this developmental stage.
TODDLERS
Our two-year-old rooms are where children will begin potty training here at school. These classrooms are also designed to transition our toddlers into a Montessori atmosphere. Montessori concepts are introduced and the children in this class begin to choose their own activities. The children learn to sit in a group and not become distracted. They will participate in learning colors, shapes and returning work to its proper place. Practical life and other fine motor skills will be introduced (spooning & pouring). This is a great introduction to our Montessori program and allows your child to be prepared for their next stage of development.
POTTY-TRAINING
The head teachers in all of our classrooms are certified by the state of Colorado. All teachers are Infant/Child CPR certified, first aid certified, and required to take a standard precautions class annually. They also participate in additional Early Childhood Education trainings. Our goal is to provide a safe Christian environment that will meet the needs of your children and challenge them spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. Each classroom has a strong early childhood basis and is developmentally appropriate for the age levels we serve.
TEACHERS & STAFF
Our Montessori classroom is a small multi-age classroom for up to 20 children, ages 3 years (potty-trained) through Kindergarten. Our mornings start with the children in group time where we sing songs, listen to music and read stories. The current subjects of study are also discussed during this time, and new activities are presented. During work period, the children are free to choose a wide variety of activities such as: Practical life, Art, Math, Language, Science, Music, Geograpy & More!
MONTESSORI
After lunch, the five-year-olds gather for our Montessori Kindergarten Program while the younger children nap. This time includes more advanced writing skills, detailed unit studies, advanced math, and advanced reading skills.

By 3-4, my son could name all 7 continents, knew how to do basic reading, and could count to 20 in Japanese. My daughter is also doing great and has really found a love for art. They have an Art ala Carte program that comes weekly (extra charge) that does wonders with hand eye coordination.”
