Whether it’s helping guests find a parking spot, teaching kids about Jesus, singing on the worship team, operating stage lights, or anything in between, our DreamTEAM aims to show the love of Christ to everyone who walks through the doors – in-person and online.
DREAMTEAM CHECKLIST
OPPORTUNITIES

Assist in the office throughout the week. This can include data input, project organization, answering phone calls, manning the front desk, and more.

*Greeters are often the first impression made with people entering the church
*Maintain a welcoming demeanor
*Create a fun, energetic atmosphere on the sidewalks, and in the lobby areas by engaging people as they enter the church
*Open and hold doors for those entering the building and the auditorium
*Initiate interaction with first time guests and introduce them to the Guest Central Team
*Work in conjunction with the Greeter, VIP, NET & Usher Teams for seamless transitions of first-time-guests to appropriate areas and seating
*Direct people as appropriate to maintain flow of traffic in doorway areas
*Periodically take part in handing out items before or after services
*Be available to answer questions and give directions as approached
*Actively seek to assist attendees in any way possible

*Set-up and operate Guest Central area for first-time guests
*Provide warm, enthusiastic greeting
*Collect follow-up information
*Give first-time guests a gift on behalf of Victory Church
*Provide personal tours and introduce first-time guests to appropriate people including Victory Kid Staff, Ushers, Church Staff, The NET, etc.
*Provide staff support for guest follow-up

*Prepare & stage coffee stations on Sunday mornings
*Set-up, decorate, or prepare for special events/classes
*Prepare or setup food for various events/classes
*Clean up, tear down, or disassemble various events/classes
*Host special guests including speakers, musicians or invited guests before, during or after services.

*Operate cameras for the in-person iMAG experience and Victory Church Online stream
*Design and/or operate auditorium lighting to create an inviting and distraction-free atmosphere to worship
*Run ProPresenter (which includes all on-screen visuals from lyrics to sermon content to graphics)
*Design eye-catching graphics for social media, sermon series and events
*Edit videos for announcements, social media, and Sunday service
*Take photos to capture special moments during the Sunday service and events
*Deliver captivating social media content to engage a wider audience
*Host Victory Church Online and engage digitally with the online congregation

*Serve our community through various outreaches and events

*Direct incoming & outgoing traffic
*Operate a golf cart to shuttle guest and church attendees to the lobby doors
*Greet first-time guests and introduce them to Greeter or Guest Central Team Members
*Set-up and tear-down parking lot signage, road signs, etc.

Serve various roles to help keep our people and our building safe.

*Invite first-time-guests to sit with their family during the church service
*Engage first-time-guests in conversation and answer questions about the church
*Make a follow up phone calls to new families or individuals
*Assist pastoral staff in collecting follow-up information during salvation and altar call situations
*Prepare the auditorium so everyone is better able to receive God’s Word by making sure seat-backs are filled and in order

*Help create a culture of worship and response and provide Biblical teaching in age-appropriate ways

– Elementary (K-5th Grade)
– Special Needs Buddy
– Administrative/Weekend Prep

*Create a welcoming and engaging environment where students encounter God and find community
*Disciple students as they discover who God is and who they were created to be
*Lead weekly small group discussions
*Set-up & tear-down various activities pertaining to youth ministry
*Set-up & lead games and other activities
*Connect with students and/or their parents throughout the week

*Serve as a musician or vocalist for Victory worship experiences on Sundays and throughout the week
