FAQ
The Victory Kids experience takes place Sundays at 10am – the only exception is when we have Family Sundays every time we have a 5th Sunday in a given month. This is a time where kids of all ages join their families in the main service to worship together as a family. We provide kids activity bags and usually implement something extra fun during or after the service for the kiddos.
Yes, we have a digital check-in system that allows you to register your child for service. Families typically arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of service to stop by the Victory Kids Check-In station, print their stickers, and walk their kids to the classrooms.
*If you’re new to Victory, you can fill out the digital Plan Your Visit card HERE and we’ll get you into the system in advance.
Yes! Every one of our DreamTEAM leaders is background checked. We also have a team dedicated to the safety of your kids and the families in our church.
Victory Kids is intentional about laying a faith foundation in even the youngest of children. With the babies in our care, we will leverage the time we are given to pray over them and their families and speak blessings over their lives. In preschool and elementary, we create a culture of worship because “From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise” (Matthew 21:16). Your kids will be given opportunities to respond, in the way they connect best, to what the Holy Spirit is speaking to them. Kids receive the same Holy Spirit as adults, so we steward our time well to teach them to engage and understand the promptings of the Spirit.
We use The Gospel Project curriculum which teaches the Bible in its entirety in an engaging and relevant way. We believe your kids will be drawn to be part of Victory Kids because of the intentionality and quality of relationships found within their small groups and leaders.
Spiritual growth and formation in kids is more than just what happens on Sundays. Victory Kids is committed to partnering with parents as kids grow to know God at home AND at church. Our vision is to create a variety of opportunities for connection, community, and spiritual edification for families through events, workshops, classes, materials, and more.
Deuteronomy 6:4-9 says, “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.”
God has empowered you to be your kids’ spiritual leader! Like that passage explains, you have so much time to build a foundation of faith in your kids’ lives and it is crucial to do so. Victory Kids is here to support, encourage, and equip you; we are working for eternity!
